How To Order from our Main Collection

 

 

1. Choose Your Style

There are three types of cards that are available, which are:

  • Printed Card - Purely printed graphics with no added embellishments. See Printed
  • Hand Finished Card - Printed cards with hand finished embellishments. See Hand Finished
  • Bespoke Card - Individually designed handmade cards. In this instance we endeavour to colour match items to your individual colour scheme and find (or make) embellishments to suit.

 

2. Get A Sample (or several)

 

There are many designs to choose from and we wouldn’t expect you to choose without seeing a sample. So firstly, you can order a sample of the design (or more than one if you can’t decide). These is a charge of £1 per sample and will not have your customised details on. Please note – the cost of any samples purchased plus the 70p postage charge will be deducted from any subsequent order (if placed within 3 months of samples).

 

 

3. Customise your items

 

Once you have decided on your design, you can then customise the wording, colour scheme, style of lettering and possibly the layout (depending on design).

 

 

4. Finishing Extras

 

If you want, we can print your guest’s names onto your cards and print their addresses onto the envelopes. If you choose one (or both) of these options, we will email you a file to enter your guest’s details. We then do the rest. See Finishing Extra

 

5. Place your order

 

Once you have customised your item and decided on any Finishing Extras, you need to complete an order form. A copy would have been sent with your sample or you can email us for one. Once we have received your order, we will send you an invoice and an estimated date for the dispatch of your proof card (see below). Please note - that it could take up to 3 weeks from receiving your payment to the dispatch of your proof, especially during busy periods. However we aim to complete each order within 4 weeks.

 

 

6. Receive Your Order

 

Once we have received your payment, we will make a proof card and post it for you to check. Once this meets your approval, we complete your order and dispatch it to you by 1st Class Recorded Mail.

 

 

 

Ordering from our Instant Cards Range

 

Please note our Instant Cards come in packs of 10.

 

  • You just need to select the number of cards of the design you require, from our website. Payment will be needed at this time.
  • Within £1 working day we will email a request for the information needed for your design – eg Name, new address and date of move etc
  • Within 3 working days of the receipt of the above email, we will produce a proof of your card and send it to you by post 1st Class Post.
  • Within 3 working days of the receipt of your confirmation (by either post, phone or email), we will dispatch your order by 1st Class Post.
